Now BT Sports have confirmed they are launching BT Sports Box Office which will show GGG V Canelo II in September. I want to ask the viewing (And paying) public what there thoughts are regarding PPV events?

Every household in the UK pays for a TV license. The average household will also have Sky TV, Virgin, NOW TV, Amazon Prime etc. On top of that you have to pay extra for a sports package.

Do you feel that some of these events should be covered in the package you pay for? Did Whyte v Parker have to be a Sky Sports Box Office event?
Your Sky Sports package already costs you £20+ per month.

BT Sports already costs in the region of £14-£30 (Depending on package). Do they really have to have a Box Office channel where they’ll charge an additional £10-£20 to watch one event?
With Boxnation costing £12 a month for second rate shows now Queensbury promotions has hopped over to BT. Not forgetting ITV Box Office, which will cost you £10-£20.

What are we paying for?
Or do people feel PPV events are justifiable as you are showing top boxers and the undercards are stacked?
